What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 presenters — one small dining room is a normal order — with volume tiers for groups and franchises.
How fast will my presenters arrive?

Why does a check presenter need a card slot?
Because a guest puts a credit card into it, and a card lying loose on a receipt gets closed inside the folder, slides out on the way to the till, or is left on the table. A stitched slot holds it in a known place every time. It is a sewing operation and it costs almost nothing.
Why do our presenters look grubby within a month?
Almost certainly an unsealed aniline finish. This object is handled by a hand that has been holding food and is wiped several times a shift, and an open finish absorbs the oil rather than letting it sit on top. A coated or pigmented finish wipes clean. The most beautiful leather is genuinely the wrong leather for this job.
What size should we order?
Whatever fits the receipt your POS actually prints, plus a margin. Style names — slim, standard, A5 — cover a wide spread of real dimensions, and a receipt standing proud of the pocket curls and creases every time the folder shuts. Send us a receipt and we will cut the pocket to it.
Deboss, foil or print?
Blind deboss lasts longest because there is no layer to wear off. Foil is brighter and wears at the points hands grip. Print is cheapest and shortest lived. And keep the mark off the dead centre of the front, which is exactly where a thumb sits when the folder is carried.
Do you make menu covers?
No. Menu covers, wine list covers, menu boards and menu inserts are a different product with different sizing and there are suppliers who specialise in them. We make the folder the bill arrives in.
Do you make padfolios or print cheques?
Neither. A padfolio has a writing pad and a very different hinge, and printed cheques are a financial product entirely. We would rather point you at the right supplier than take an order we would do badly.
